Debris Removal and Demolition Cleanup in Northeast Kansas
Hauling off concrete, brush, old buildings, and job-site debris — left clean when we leave.
Debris removal and demolition cleanup is hauling off what's left over — concrete, old building material, brush, junk piles, storm debris, or the mess a demolition leaves behind — and leaving the site clean. It's the job at the end of a tear-down, after a storm, or when you've inherited a pile of stuff on a place you just bought. We load it, haul it, and leave the ground clean.
We haul off concrete and rubble from a demolition — the old foundation, the broken-up slab, the brick and the block. We haul off brush and storm debris — downed limbs, blown-over trees, the pile the wind left. We haul off the junk a previous owner left — old appliances, metal, trash piles, the stuff that doesn't belong on a working place. If it's on your property and you want it gone, we can get it gone.
Demolition cleanup is the partner to a tear-down. If you're taking down an old outbuilding or a shed, we can do the demolition itself or come in after and haul off the debris. Either way the point is the same — the site ends clean and ready for whatever's next, whether that's grass, a new building, or just an open lot. We cut it to grade, haul the debris, and leave it level.
Concrete haul-off is its own thing. A broken-up slab or an old foundation is heavy — it takes a machine to load it and a dump truck to move it. We break it, load it, and haul it to the right place — a concrete recycler where one exists, or an approved dump site. We don't just push it in a ditch. We get it off your property the right way.
The cost tracks the volume and the weight of the debris, what it is (concrete and dirt cost more to haul than brush and junk), how far it has to go to a dump or a recycler, and whether the machine can load it right there or has to haul it out. A brush pile in the front is quick. A foundation full of concrete is a different job. We look at the pile and tell you what it takes.
Tell us what's there and where it needs to go — brush, concrete, a whole building's worth of debris, or a junk pile you inherited. We'll come look at the pile and give you a straight answer on getting it hauled off and the site cleaned up.
What affects the cost
We don't quote a number without seeing the ground. These are the things that change what a job takes — call us and we'll give you a real answer for your place.
- The volume and the weight of the debris
- What it is — concrete and dirt cost more to haul than brush and junk
- How far it has to be hauled to a dump, a recycler, or a burn site
- Whether the machine can load it on site or has to haul it out
- Whether demolition is part of the job or just the haul-off
What to have ready before you call
- What the debris is — concrete, brush, building material, junk, storm debris
- Roughly how much there is (a pile, a truckload, a whole building)
- Where it is on the property and whether we can get a truck to it
- Whether you need demolition too or just the haul-off
- What you want the site to look like when we're done
What happens on the day
We bring the machine and the truck. We load the debris — concrete, brush, junk, whatever's there — and haul it to the right place, whether that's a concrete recycler, an approved dump, or a burn pile on site if you've got one. We sweep the site clean, shape the grade if the debris was sitting on a low spot, and leave the ground level and clear. You get a clean site back.
